Begin cleaning floors from the point farthest from the exit and work toward the exit.-Paper is extremely difficult to decontaminate. Important documents should be electronically scanned. Books should be HEPA-vacuumed while closed. Future use should be done in an area where a portable HEPA filtration unit can capture any escaping particles.-Whatever can be vacuumed should be HEPA Vacuumed.-Clean surfaces with 20 Mule Team Borax. 1 cup borax to 1 gallon hot water — scrub – can use it for all your hard surface belongings, all surfaces, wood studs, floors, etc. -Any porous wet building material should be removed (carpet, drywall, insulation, etc.) -For clothes you can use 1/4 cup Borax with your regular detergent in every load (continue this throughout clean up and afterwards for a while).
